FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How do I order the furniture?

A: After you have made the selection, make a list of the items and e-mail your order to syed@hibah.com or call 214-563-1820 to place your order.

2. Are these prices final?

A: All prices are final. If you are ordering from Texas for delivery within Texas, add 8.25% sales tax to the prices mentioned.

3. What about delivery charges?

A: Delivery charges are charged at actual payable directly to out contractors. Alternatively, you may arrange your own transportation and pick it up from our warehouse in Grand Prairie, TX.

4. What about Warranty?

A: Any defective or damaged goods / parts are replaced immediately. Please inform us within 2 days of delivery of the goods.

5. What is RTA furniture?

RTA stands for 'ready to assemble'. Most furniture needs some minimum assembly. Most furniture can be assembled in minutes.

6. How do I compare the quality of this furniture?

A: All furniture comes with a short description. If you need details, e-mail us at info@hibah.com . Most of the furniture is comparable to the quality of furniture that is available in stores like Roomstore or Rooms to go.

7. Do the lower prices reflect a lower quality?

A: No. Since we are an internet based company. We purchase the goods after the goods are ordered by our customer. This means that our overhead costs are very low and we pass on the savings to our customers. 

8. How long does it take for the goods to be delivered after ordering?

A: Most goods are available for delivery the next day. Sometimes goods have to be back-ordered and may take days or weeks.

9. If I do not like the goods, can I return it?

A: There is a re-stocking fee of 15% of the price of the goods plus the transportation charges for the returned goods.

10. How do we pay for the goods.

A: We accept customer checks. For purchases over $500, payment can be made by using VISA or MASTERCARD. We currently do not offer credit.

11. Where do you ship?

A: Currently we deliver only in the Dallas - Fort worth Metroplex. Delivery will soon be available in the following cities: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Atlanta, Chicago, New Jersey and Miami.
